easyJet Online Competition on Heart Network, March 2025 – Specific Rules 
 
1.    The easyJet Online Competition promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 17th March 2025 to Sunday 30th March 2025 on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is easyJet and the ‘Prize Provider’ is NDL and Global. 

2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. 

Details of the Promotion: 
 
3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page which can be accessed at https://www.heart.co.uk/win/ or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with Heart tile, play the game and register your details. 

4.    Within the game there are 15 gates, a user must select one to enter the competition. Behind 5 of these gates is the chance to win one of two holidays, as detailed in the prize terms below. If one of these gates are selected, the entrant will be entered into the holiday prize draw. 

5.    Behind the other 10 gates is the chance to win £500 easyJet credit. If one of these gates are selected, the entrant will be placed into this prize draw.  

6.    When an entrant selects a gate, they must then enter their details to enter the competition, following this they will discover which prize draw they have entered. Each day the gates the prizes are located behind, will randomly change. 

7.    Online entry will open at 17:15 on Monday 17th March 2025 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 30th March 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

8.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

9.    If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

10.    Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into the following prize draws:  
 
          i.    For the easyJet credit prize draw, two randomly selected entrants will each win £500 easyJet credit as outlined in Rule 18. 
         ii.    For the holiday prizes draw, the first randomly selected winner will receive the holiday prize as outlined in Rule 19. 
        iii.    The second randomly selected winner will receive the holiday prize as outlined in Rule 20.  
 
11.    The winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via email OR telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

12.    We and the prize provider and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry], and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. 

13.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture. 

14.    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.  
 
Eligibility: 
 
15.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day.  

16.    Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.  

17.    Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you. 
 
Prizes and specific terms and conditions: 
 
easyJet Credit Prize 
 
18.    Two winning entrants will each receive 1 x £500 easyJet holidays Credit 
 
The ‘easyJet holidays Credit’ Prize Terms and Conditions: 
               i.    Two winners will each receive 1 x £500 of easyJet holidays credit (“Credit”) that will be added to their easyJet holidays account. An account can be created for free using the winner’s email address if the winner does not have an existing account. 
              ii.    Use of the Credit is subject to the Credit on Account Terms & Conditions: https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/credit-terms 
             iii.    Credit can be redeemed against an easyJet holiday of the winner’s choice. The holiday will include: accommodation, return shared airport to hotel transfers on beach holidays only, 23kg hold baggage per person each way and return standard easyJet flights from the UK airport of their choice direct to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to. 
             iv.    Credit cannot be used against the cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the holiday are the responsibility of the winner. 
             v.    The winner can add friends or family members to the holiday booking, up to the total booking value of the amount won. If the total cost of the requested package holiday exceeds the prize amount, the winner will need to pay the outstanding amount by credit or debit card. 
             vi.    Once the holiday has been booked, the Booking Conditions of easyJet holidays will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if the holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winner. If easyJet holidays had to cancel the booking (due to e.g. a change in foreign office travel advice that advised against travel to the chosen destination), an alternative holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the holiday re-issued to the winner’s easyJet holidays account. 
            vii.    The winner must travel on the booking made using the Credit. The Credit will expire after 12 months of issue by easyJet holidays. Credit can be used against any available travel dates at the time of booking. If not used by the expiry date, Credit will be lost and will not be reinstated. The Credit cannot be redeemed against flight only bookings with easyJet.com. There’s no cash or other alternative to the Prize, and it must be taken as offered.

19.    One winning entrant will receive an all-inclusive holiday to Turkey including: 
 
              i.    Return flights for two people with easyJet Holidays from Manchester, Bristol, London or Birmingham to the Antalya, Turkey  
             ii.    Return transfers from the airport to the hotel 
            iii.    5 nights’ accommodation at a 4-star resort  
            iv.    All-inclusive board for two people at the resort including: 
             v.    Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, soft drinks and local beverages  
            vi.    Access to in resort facilities and activities  
           vii.    £250.00 Spending money  
          viii.    Travel insurance 
 
Holiday Prize Terms and Conditions: 
             a.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s Day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Turkey.  
             b.    Prize includes return economy easyJet Holiday flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. Flights depart from Manchester, Bristol, London or Birmingham to Antalya. Please note, the airport may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.  
             c.    Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering Turkey and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations.  
             d.    Just so you are aware, transfers to the hotel/airport are not private and you may be sharing with other passengers.  
             e.    You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on an all-inclusive basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out. All-inclusive inclusions will differ depending on the resort, but typically includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, soft drinks, local alcoholic beverages, access to onsite facilities and activities. Some activities may incur an additional charge which are not included and at the winner’s own expense should they wish to participate.  
             f.    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.  
             g.    Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on thewinner’s behalf, a cash sum of £70.00 will be provided to the winner viabank transfer.
            h.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 
 
20.    One winning entrant will receive an all-inclusive holiday to Tenerife, Spain including: 
 
             i.    Return flights for two adults and two children with easyJet Holidays from London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham or Edinburgh to Tenerife, Spain  
            ii.    Return transfers from the airport to the hotel

            iii 5 Nights’ accommodation at a 4-star resort  
            iv.    All-inclusive board for two adults and two children at the resort including: ▪ Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, soft drinks and local beverages  
            v.    Access to in resort facilities and activities

         i.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 
 
21.    We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.  

22.    You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a gig with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.  

23.    You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.  
24.    You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.  

25.    You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).  

26.    If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 30 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.  

27.    When the Prize Provider is NDL: Travel insurance will be provided by the PrizeProvider and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre -existing medicalconditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should the Prize Providerbe unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash fund of £55or £70 for the full travelling party will be allocated for travel insurance and will beprovided to the winner via bank transfer. Should this be the case it will be the soleresponsibility of the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and,where applicable, their guests.

28.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, £55 or £70 is not included within the prize. 

29.    The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion. 

30.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

32.    Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes. 

33.    By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data. 

34.    You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's  Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.  

35.    We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.  

36.    When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
