Seat in the Sky Suitcase June Promotion on Heart Breakfast, June 2025 – Specific Rules
1. The Seat in the Sky Suitcase June promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 30th June 2025 to Friday 4th July 2025 on the Heart Network (excluding Scotland and excluding Wednesday 2nd July). Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is British Airways Holidays Limited and the ‘Prize Providers’ are British Airways Holidays Limited and Global.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must:
a. Listen to the Heart Network Breakfast Show weekdays between Monday 30th June 2025 and Friday 4th July 2025 between 06:30 and 10:00 (excluding Wednesday 2nd July).
b. Each day, when prompted by the Presenter, you must text in with the key word provided on air to 82122 (the ‘Text Message Line’).
c. Within one hour of the closing time of the text message line, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw and five entries will be selected at random.
d. In the order that they were randomly selected in, each entrant must pick a number between one and five, each represented by numbered suitcases in the studio. Four suitcases will be empty, and one suitcase will contain an item.
e. If the entrant’s selected numbered suitcase contains the item, they will be determined a winner.
f. Once an entrant has been determined a winner, the competition round will stop. For example, if the second entrant successfully chooses the winning numbered suitcase, the remaining entrants will not come to air.
4. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion but may still be charged.
5. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
6. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion shortcodes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.
7. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.
8. You must use the same phone number across the entire Promotion period. It is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions to use multiple names and/or phone numbers to enter our Promotions, and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe you are doing or have done this.
9. We also reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe that you are making or have made multiple entries by phone by using a computer system, using automated dialling technology or by any other method which could or does result in you exceeding the maximum number of entries permitted under these Specific Terms.
10. If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
11. The selected entries must be eligible and not have been made in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. If the entry belongs to you, one of our representatives will call you on the telephone number on which you entered the Promotion. Please note, we will not be able to call you back on another number and we reserve the right to ask you to confirm your telephone number when we call you back. If you are unable to confirm your telephone number and we know or have reason to believe that you have breached the Promotion Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies), select another entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you, as applicable. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another entrant, as applicable.
12. If you are an entrant and we call you, your call may be recorded for our records and you may be asked to have a call with a presenter. That call will either be broadcast live or pre- recorded for future broadcast. You must answer your telephone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, participate or accept a prize on your behalf. If:
i. you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable. If you have complied with all applicable terms and conditions, and if you are successful then you will be declared the winner of the Promotion.
13. Before being taken to air we reserve the right to ask you to answer participation entry questions to ensure you are eligible to play in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions. This call will be recorded and may be used for monitoring purposes and/or as evidence should we have reason to believe there has been a breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions or if we find any inconsistencies in the future. If your entry is ineligible, either at the time of being taken to air to play or later once we have your full details, we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies), select another entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or withhold or reclaim the prize from you and select another entrant, as applicable. It is your responsibility to make sure you give us clear and truthful answers to our eligibility questions.
14. We, Promotion Partner and the Prize Providers may publish and publicise your name, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
15. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
Eligibility:
16. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 21 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
17. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
18. Entrants may only win once during this Promotion.
19. The winner and guests must be able to travel from 25th October 2025 – 1st November 2025 (arriving back in the UK on 2nd November 2025).
20. Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.
21. Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.
Prize:
22. One winning entrant per day (four in total, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) will receive an 8-day, 7-night trip for the winner and up to 3 guests to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “Prize”).
23. The prize will include:
a. round trip flights and luggage allowance in World Traveller (Economy class, as determined by British Airways Holidays in their sole discretion) for each winner and up to 3 guests from London to Orlando, Florida;
b. 7 nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion);
c. non-exclusive ground transfers to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida;
d. Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets which includes admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus 1 day admission to Universal Epic Universe, for the winner and up to 3 guests; and
24. a US$400 Universal Orlando Resort Gift Card (provided by Global Radio) to be used to purchase select goods and services at participating retail, dining, hotel and other locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort. Hotel check-in for the Prize stay must take place on 25th October 2025 and check-out must take place on 1st November 2025, or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without further or alternative compensation.
Prize Details:
25. The winner and guests must be able to travel from 25th October 2025 – 1st November 2025 (arriving back in the UK on 2nd November 2025 to coincide with the flight provided by British Airways Holiday). The Prize Providers reserve the right to amend travel dates in accordance with clauses 34 and 44 below.
26. If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of guests or no guests, the Prize will be awarded to the winner and each participating guest and any parts of the Prize that are not redeemed shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
27. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Unless child or ward of the winner or one of the allotted guests, each guest must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner.
28. Travel insurance is provided by the Promoter on an optional basis and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. Travellers must be 74 years old or younger. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check the Promoter’s travel insurance policy to ensure it provides the appropriate level of cover required. If travel is to the following locations: Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mexico, Venezuela, India, Iraq, Philippines, Honduras, Brazil, Somalia, Algeria, Mali, Mauritania or Niger, full names of travellers must be supplied to the insurer before travel. The travel insurance is provided to the winner on the understanding and agreement that it is only valid for the holiday prize described in this Promotion. Should the winner decide not to accept the Promoter’s travel insurance policy the responsibility will be on the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and, where applicable, their guests.
29. The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, additional baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
30. The winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. The winner and guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, ESTAs, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. The winners and all members of their party are responsible for familiarising themselves with, and adhering to, all applicable entry requirements for the USA prior to the date of travel. No alternative prize will be provided should a winner not be able to meet those entry requirements either prior to travel, or upon arrival in the USA.
31. Air travel will be from either London Gatwick Airport or London Heathrow Airport, the exact airport will be confirmed to winners via the prize fulfilment team. Travel expenses to and from the UK airport are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. This Prize is non-changeable, exchangeable or refundable. There is no cash alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. If you miss your flight, or fail to take the outbound leg, your flight will be void and cancelled.
32. In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.
33. Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider of certain prize elements only in this promotion; is not a promoter of this promotion; and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of the entries or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in any portion of the prize involving Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
34. All parts of the Prize are subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the prize providers, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible , The Promotion Partner in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.
The flights are subject to the following terms and conditions:
35. Standard baggage terms and conditions apply. An allowance of 23kg hold luggage per person and 2 pieces of hand luggage including 1 handbag up to 40 x 30 x 15cm (16 x 12 x 6in) and 1 cabin bag up to 56 x 45 x 25cm (22 x 18 x 10in) which may need to go in the hold.
36. Seat selection is pre-allocated for each winner and their guests. Every effort will be made to ensure all members of a party are seated together, subject to availability and any operational constraints.
37. Travel is permitted on the specially scheduled flight only.
38. Neither The British Airways Club tier points or Avios points will be earned on these flights.
39. Transfers to/from the departure airport will not be provided.
40. The tickets provided to you are not eligible for upgrade.
41. The tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered or substituted. No cash alternative is available.
42. Once tickets have been awarded to prize winners, no further changes are permitted unless otherwise agreed. If the prize winner is unable to redeem the Prize no alternative tickets will be issued.
43. British Airways chartered flight times may be subject to change without notice.
44. In the event that the chartered flight programme or operations are suspended or cancelled, as such that flights offered by British Airways Holidays Limited are not able to be provided for the specific dates of this Prize or the aforementioned prize elements (as shown in clause 23) from Universal City Development Partners Ltd d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort, the Promotion Partner shall provide the winner with a suitable alternative prize of the same Value (subject to Global’s prior approval such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
45. All incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner. If you miss your flight, or fail to take the outbound leg, the Prize flights will be void and cancelled. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise any necessary visas, visa waivers (including the United States Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)) and passports required for travel. It is also the responsibility of the winner and their guests to ensure that they have the appropriate vaccinations/inoculations (including COVID-19 tests) required for admission into the United States, at their own expense.
46. Save for any airport taxes, the tickets neither include the cost nor arrangement of any applicable passenger visas, visa waivers (including the United States Electronic System for Travel Authorization ESTA), surcharges, taxes, and fees which will be charged to and payable by you and each of your guests. Such charges are subject to change.
47. Any misuse of the British Airways tickets and/or flight will entitle the British Airways to withdraw the tickets and/or flights.
48. Each passenger (including you and your guests) agrees to release British Airways Holidays from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the Tickets (except death or personal injury caused by the British Airways Holidays negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

50. British Airways Holidays Limited is the Promotion Partner as well as a Prize Provider. They are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner. This responsibility remains with the Promoter in accordance with the ASA’s CAP Code.
51. Any personal information provided to British Airways Holidays during the Prize fulfilment process (including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. British Airways Holidays will share name, e-mail address, telephone and date of birth to Universal for room and ticket fulfilment. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to British Airways Holidays.
52. British Airways Holidays will hold your personal information in accordance with their privacy policy.

Further prize terms and conditions:
54. Should your Prize include spending money, we will endeavour to transfer this to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.
55. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, you will not be able to accept the spending money only.
56. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.
57. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.
58. You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’). If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 61 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
59. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, transfers between the winners’ homes and London airport are not included within the prize.
60. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion.
61. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
63. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited), British Airways Holidays Limited, as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
64. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy and Universal Orlando Resorts' Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data.
65. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.
66. We, our Promotion Partner, and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK, we, and our Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
67. When you enter a Promotion, we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
