Disney Parks on Heart Network (excluding Scotland), May 2025 – Specific Rules
1. The Disney Parks promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Thursday 1st May 2025 to Friday 9th May 2025 on Heart Network (excluding Scotland). Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Disney and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Disney & Global.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. There are two ways to enter the Promotion, either via online entry or on-air text in entry, as detailed below. Two entrants will be selected via online entry and one entrant will be selected via on-air text in entry.
ONLINE ENTRY
a. Go online to the Promotion entry page at https://www.heart.co.uk/win/, or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win With Heart tile, and register your details to enter.
b. Online entry will open at 17:00 on Thursday 1st May 2025 and close at 10:00 on Thursday 8th May 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
c. After online entry has closed, all entries will be entered into a draw. Two eligible entries will be selected at random at 10:00 on Thursday 8th May 2025. The selected entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number with which they registered to enter. We will attempt to contact the selected entrants a maximum of three times, if such entrant does not respond, they will forfeit their right to come to air and we shall be entitled to select another entrant by another random draw.
d. The selected entrants must be available to come to air on Friday 9th May 2025 between 06:00 – 10:00. These entrants must be available to come to air or they will be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit their prize, and we will select another entrant at random as outlined above.
ON-AIR TEXT IN ENTRY
e. Listen to the Heart Network Breakfast Show (excluding Scotland) between 06:00-10:00 on Friday 9th May 2025 and text in with the keyword provided on air to 82122 (the ‘Text Message Line’).
f. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion but may still be charged.
g. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
h. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion shortcodes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.
4. On Friday 9th May, each selected entrant will come to air and be played a piece of audio. They will then be given 30 seconds to answer as many questions as possible based off the audio played. The entrant with the most correct answers at the end of the show will be named the winner and awarded a prize.
5. To avoid a tie, after each competition round each entrant will be asked a “closest to the pin” question with a numeric answer off air. In the event of a tie at the end of the Promotion, the entrant whose answer was closest to the “closest to the pin” answer will be named the winner and awarded a prize.
6. Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent.
7. You must use the same phone number across the entire Promotion period. It is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions to use multiple names and/or phone numbers to enter our Promotions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe you are doing or have done this.
8. We also reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and/or withhold or reclaim any prize from you if we know or have reason to believe that you are making or have made multiple entries by phone by using a computer system, using automated dialling technology or by any other method which could or does result in you exceeding the maximum number of entries permitted under these Specific Terms.
9. If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions.
10. If you are a selected entrant and we call you, your call may be recorded for our records. You may be asked to have a call with a presenter which will either be broadcast live or pre-recorded for future broadcast. You must answer your telephone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, participate or accept a prize on your behalf. If: (i) you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
11. We and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
12. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your and/or your guest’s information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
13. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.
Eligibility:
14. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
16. Entrants may only be brought to air once during the Promotion.
17. Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.
18. Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you.
Prize:
19. One winning entrant will receive a trip to Disneyland Paris for four people, including:
a. Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Paris Gare Du Nord Station from London St Pancras International OR an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
b. One package holiday consisting of a two-night, three-day trip to Disneyland Paris for one winner of the competition and three accompanying guests, in total four persons.
c. Return transfers between the Charles de Gaulle airport or Gare du Nord station and Disneyland Paris.
d. Two (2) nights’ accommodation sharing one (1) standard room by the Recipient and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast. Selected by Disney in its sole discretion and based on availability; excluding Disneyland® Hotel.
e. Three (3) Day Park Hopper ticket per winner and accompanying guest valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park.
f. Half board plus meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four (4) people for the duration of the three (3) day trip.
g. £500 Spending Money
20. The prize is for the winner and up to three guests.
21. The holiday must be taken between 8th June 2025 – 8th June 2026. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates. Subject to availability, to experience Disney Music Festival the Recipient must travel between 8th June 2025 – 7th September 2025.
22. The holiday must be taken during the Disney Music Festival between 19 April 2025 – 7 September 2025. The booking form must be returned to the Prize Provider a minimum of 60 days before the travel dates.
23. The winner and all of their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.
24. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.
25. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Supplier.
26. The prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded.
27. The Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute elements of the Prize at any time or postpone the trip, including but not limited to due to closure of Disneyland Paris or any unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
28. If the winner elects to take their prize with fewer than three guests, any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
29. Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. Some in Process hotels may be closed during some or all arrival period. Details available at DisneylandParis.com.
30. By participating in the Promotion the winner and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.
31. We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.
32. You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a gig with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.
33. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.
34. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.
35. You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).
36. If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 39 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
37. Travel insurance is provided by the Promoter on an optional basis and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. Travellers must be 74 years old or younger. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to check the Promoter’s travel insurance policy to ensure it provides the appropriate level of cover required. If travel is to the following locations: Nigeria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mexico, Venezuela, India, Iraq, Philippines, Honduras, Brazil, Somalia, Algeria, Mali, Mauritania or Niger, full names of travellers must be supplied to the insurer before travel. The travel insurance is provided to the winner on the understanding and agreement that it is only valid for the holiday prize described in this Promotion. Should the winner decide not to accept the Promoter’s travel insurance policy the responsibility will be on the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and, where applicable, their guests.
38. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. For example, UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service, excursions, tips, and souvenirs are not included within the prize.
39. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion.
40. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
42. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
43. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data.
44. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.
45. We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
46. When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
