Sky TV Experience Online Promotion on Heart Network, March - June 2025 – Specific Rules 
 
1.    The Sky TV Experience Online promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 14th March 2025 to Friday 13th June 2025 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Sky TV and the ‘Prize Provider’ is NDL. 

2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. 
 
Details of the Promotion: 
 
3.    To enter the Promotion, you must:  
         a.    go online to the Promotion entry page which can be accessed at heart.co.uk/win or via the Global Player app by clicking on the Win with Heart tile; 
         b.    Register your details;  
         c.    Describe in 300 characters or less what everyday moment you would like upgraded to give it that ‘Sky Feeling’, and tell us how and why you want it upgraded. 

4.    Entries will be judged by a panel of judges including one independent judge on the following criteria: 

         a.    How common and relatable the everyday moment is,   

         b.    How entertaining the description of the everyday moment is and overall creativity of the entry, 

         c.    How creative the requested and described upgrade is,  

         d.    How “feel-good” the entry is and how it encapsulates the ‘Sky Feeling’, and

         e.    Whether the prize is able to be fulfilled within the £3,000 or £1,000 budget (dependent on each prize, see Clause 23 below). 

5.    Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed from the Promotion. 

6.    Online entry will open at 17:00 Friday 14th March 2025 and close at 23:59 on Friday 13th June 2025. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

7.    Bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries are prohibited and we will disqualify any entries (and withhold or reclaim any associated prize from you) which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods or, for example (without limitation), entries or votes that have been made from the same IP address, email address, postal address, telephone number, or similar or entries which we, at our sole discretion but acting reasonably, consider to be suspicious or fraudulent. 

8.    If we know or suspect you are trying to enter or have entered this Promotion by using more than one phone number or if we know or suspect you are using variations of your name, we reserve the right to disqualify any relevant entry(ies) and exclude you from this Promotion and also permanently exclude you from entering any of our Promotions. 

9.    There will be three draws conducted throughout the Promotion period on the dates and times stated below. For each draw, all eligible entries received up until the date and time of that draw will be entered. 50 entries per draw will be reviewed by the judges against the criteria outlined above. Either one or two entries, as stated below, will be selected as winners and these winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number with which they registered to enter the Promotion. For draws where two entries are selected as winners by the judging panel, one will be designated the 'on-air winner' and will be required to speak live with the presenters. The other will be the 'social video winner' and must speak to presenters on camera about their entry, with the video posted to Heart’s social channels.

The on-air winner must be able to come to air between 10:00 and 11:00 on Friday 21st March 2025.  

The social video winner must be available to film at a location close to their address, as determined by the Promoter, on a day between 09:00-17:00 between 14th-17th April 2025.    

Draw 2:  Thursday 8th May  10:00am

The on-air winner must be able to come to air between 10:00 and 11:00 on Friday 9th May 2025. 
 
The social video winner must be available to film at a location close to their address, as determined by the Promoter, on a day between 09:00-17:00 between 14th-16th May 2025.

Draw 3: Thursday 29th May 10:00am
        
Winner - 1    

The on-air winner and must be able to come to air between 10:00 and 11:00 on Friday 30th May 2025. 
 
10.    We will attempt to contact the selected entrants a maximum of three times on the same day as each draw. If such entrant does not respond, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner from the original list of 50 entries. That subsequent winner must respond within a maximum of three phone contact attempts, or they will also forfeit the prize. 

11.    If you are an on-air winner and we call you, your call may be recorded for our records and you may be asked to have a call with a presenter. That call will either be broadcast live or pre-recorded for future broadcast. You must answer your telephone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, participate or accept a prize on your behalf. If: (i) you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable. 

12.    Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries (excluding the above 5 winners) received throughout the whole Promotion will be entered into a fourth and final draw which will not be judged. One entry will be selected at random and determined as an online winner, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone on the telephone number with which they registered to enter the Promotion. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize. 

13.    If none of the shortlisted 50 entries are deemed to meet the stated criteria in any of the above draws, another 50 entries will be drawn at random and one or two entries (dependent on above draw dates) will be selected as the winner/s and contacted as outlined above. 

14.    By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time. 

15.    We, the Promotion Partner and the Prize Provider may publish and publicise your submission, name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example any one included in the submission/a guest/a travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion; subject always to our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. 

16.    In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable in connection with the Promotion, unless you object to your and/or your guest’s information being published or made available. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture. 

17.    This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.  
 
Eligibility: 
 
18.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. 

19.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion. 

20.    Only one name and telephone number may be used by you in relation to this Promotion. The use of multiple names, telephone numbers and/or devices is a breach of our Promotion Terms and Conditions and we reserve the right to disqualify your entry(ies) and you will forfeit your prize should we know or have reason to believe that you attempted to use or did use more than one name, phone number and/or device to enter this Promotion. It is also prohibited for anyone else to enter the Promotion using the same phone number including household members or friends.  

21.    Before transferring any winnings to you we reserve the right to request Photo ID (such as your passport or driving licence) and confirmation that the telephone number you entered on belongs to you and proof of your home address (such as a phone bill with your name, address and telephone number on). You agree and understand that should you win a cash prize you may be required to provide these to verify your eligibility. If you fail to provide the requested information and we are unable to verify your eligibility, we reserve the right to withhold any prize from you. 

22.    If winners are unable to come to air or film on the dates, times and locations as stated above, they will be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit their prize, and we will select another entrant as outlined above. 
 
Prize:  

23.    Six winning entrants will receive a bespoke prize package that will be based on (and tailor-made to) their Promotion entry, where possible, up to the below values: 
 
3x on-air winners: Up to £3,000     

2x social video winners: Up to £1,000     

1x online winner: Up to £1,000 
 
24.    Prize packages may consist of varying components (to the maximum value listed above) dependant on the entry and the prize package required to recreate the moment described in the winner’s entry. 

25.    You understand that should you win a prize package that is made up of various elements you are required to redeem all aspects of the prize in order to keep the prize. For example, if you win tickets to a gig with spending money and hotel accommodation, you will not be able to accept the spending money only. If you are unable to accept the prize awarded in full, we reserve the right to withdraw the entire prize package and select another entrant to play or win as applicable.  
If the prize is a holiday; 

26.    You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.  

27.    You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.  

28.    You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).   
If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 32 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion. 

29.    Travel insurance will be provided by the Prize Provider and is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should the Prize Provider be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, an equivalent cash fund for the full travelling party will be allocated for travel insurance and will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. Should this be the case it will be the sole responsibility of the winner to obtain suitable travel insurance for themselves and, where applicable, their guests. 

30.    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

31.    The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except at our sole discretion. 

32.    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection: 

34.    Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes. 

35.    By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data. 

36.    You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's  Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.  

37.    We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.  

38.    When you enter a Promotion we will retain your personal data for up to three years for internal purposes and to comply with our regulatory obligations. You may request the erasure of your personal data by emailing privacy@global.com. If your data is erased prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
