Look at Efteling's new attraction, opening 28/09/19 - The Six Swans

On an area of 1,500 m2, in the Fairytale Forest at Efteling, a new fairytale, The Six Swans, is being built. Thousands of asters will be planted and soon the swans will appear in and around the castle, and from 28th September 2019, you will be able to hop on a swan's back and take a magical ride through the castle and discover The Six Swans fairytale.

The Brothers Grimm fairytale is all about six princes who are changed into swans by their jealous stepmother and to break the spell and turn her brothers back into humans, their little sister has to carry out an impossible task of sewing six shirts created from asters whilst not speaking or laughing for six years! But, as is fitting in fairytales, the story of ‘The Six Swans’ ends with a happily ever after.
